I made this Purple Wavy Ceramic Bowl with a deep, glossy glaze that catches the light beautifully. As the glaze melts and moves in the kiln, soft purple and green accents emerge, creating a unique abstract pattern that feels almost like a painting.
The wavy rim formed naturally as I shaped the clay, giving the Purple Wavy Ceramic Bowl an organic, flowing quality that reminds me of a flower or a ripple in water.
 
Measuring 12 inches wide, and 4 inches high, it works well as a centerpiece for a dining table, a decorative accent on a shelf, or even as a functional serving bowl. I love how the colors shift when viewed from different angles, sometimes appearing more vibrant and other times more muted, depending on the light.
