Custom Orders

🎨 How do custom pottery orders work?
We create one-of-a-kind pieces inspired by our styles. Size and glaze requests welcome—exact replicas aren’t possible.

💳 What’s the payment process?
50% deposit upfront. Balance due after approval, before shipping.

⏳ How long do custom pottery orders take?
Usually 4–6 weeks, including drying, firing, and glazing.

❌ Can I cancel a custom pottery order?
Once finished, custom orders can’t be canceled or returned.

Pottery Care

🍽 Is your pottery food- and dishwasher-safe?
Yes! All functional pottery is food-safe, lead-free, and most are dishwasher/microwave safe (unless noted). Handwashing extends life.

Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
