Handbuilt from high-quality stoneware clay and measuring 15x9x3 inches, it has a soft, ruffled edge that reminds me of a wave or leaf unfurling. I hand-glaze each platter in layers of blue, green, and beige, letting the colors flow naturally into one another for a marbled finish that feels organic and serene. After bisque firing, each tray is glazed and high-fired for lasting strength and a rich, glassy surface.
