I created this Ocean Ceramic Wave Sculpture Vase entirely by hand using fine stoneware clay and traditional slab and coil techniques. The undulating rim captures the energy and fluid movement of the sea, while the layered glaze blends soft ocean blues with touches of bronze and sand along the edges. Measuring approximately 10 inches tall and 11 inches wide, this ceramic wave sculptural vase embodies both strength and grace — a functional vessel that doubles as fine art.
 
Each curve was shaped intuitively by hand, then bisque fired and finished with a high-gloss glaze that enhances the depth of color and form.
